Hi Guys, Soon I'll be building/making a lyrics site, but first i should get a descent domain. Any ideas in mind?

It really depends, will you leech lyrics from those sites with big lyrics databases, or you'll make a lyrics site specifically for some music genre? (e.g. DarkLyrics.com ) Don't start it if you'll leech from other sites. You'll have same content like other sites, Google won't like it. And you'd most probably fail.

If you like chicano music, you could make "ChicanoLyrics.com". If you like good storytelling rap, you could make a lyrics site dedicated only to storytelling rap. So people could find all storytelling rap lyrics on one site, of course. That would be quite a big operation.

so just take care of what jason said so you can get a good position in search ...

try to stick to one genre, do not even think of covering every genre, then ultimately you will have to leech, and that will make u a failure.

Damn, all I can tell you, is good luck. Trust me, all lyrics from those genres are all over the Interwebz. Usher, Justin Bieber, Vanessa Hudgens, and those artists who are popular nowadays are everywhere, you can find their lyrics on every site with lyrics, teen forums, you'd have no chance in competing with them.
