last rerate was at december , its answer was : wait for another month "as old owner said"
and that's the site at katz http://katz.cd/site/devilsdivine.org/
all uploads contain RS or MU

got total of : 1109 submissions .

should i email katz and ask for rerate ?

Wait for few more days than ask for rerate and keep submitting with good quality uploads.
Only on the 1st and 2 second page in see with 4 filehost
