Problem in phpBB fourm , Banned member still can post

hey guys ,
i'm facing something that i never saw at my life b4
i banned some member like 10 times and they can still post
i'm using 3.0.8 version and i searched ACP but couldn't do anything
anyone can help ?

EDIT : and everytime i choose member and delete all his posts the site goes down and i have to restart mysql to get it to work again .

Are there any mods installed it may be a bad edit you have done.

Or its likely the query isnt completed when you ban the member due to a timeout when updating the post table.
Try and close the forum, then ban the member if it works then you need to do some server/database optimisations.

IF all else fails, create a group with no access at all, and move him there.

no access = can't view nothing, can't post.

yes a quick fix would be to remove him from all groups, then he wont be able to see any forum sections or topics

Bann ppl IP in your cpannel if thay still acc your site you have maby get hack ?
