I'm looking for the cheapest datacenter possible
which provide servers to the public and the cheapest
rates + Good bandwidth i.e. 10TB+

I don't care where the datacenter is based.

I'm looking for cheap High Spec i.e.
eight core processor
2TB HD
20TB Bandwidth (1Gbit Line)
16GB Ram
Something like that for lets say i.e. $170/pcm

Your not going to find cheaper honestly

your budget is to low for a duel qaud on 16 GB of ram you would need at least ~ 250

especially since you want 2 Terabytes on a 1Gige line

That was just an example i want something with high specs for cheap
and i know depending on the datacenter depends the price ect...

thats why i want to find the most cheapest DC

No specific locations? for 10TB+ bandwidth bills perhaps consider OVH... They're widely known for providing masses of bandwidth. And it's quite cheap to purchase more.

In terms of prices they aren't bad, however I am not sure of their current restrictions on customer locations in regards to where you are. http://www.ovh.co.uk/
