You could check out sweden, there are a few serious hosts there and good bandwidth - as well as canada.

Well, Canada is not a state of the US, and mp3drug is ok to comply with dcma - i don't think there is a brein like association in CA...

HK could be great too but it's hard to find cheap bandwidth there...
