Just code it yourself mate, most blogs have an RSS feed.

Ill explain how:

Make a MySQL database with a table that contains the last entry title, last entry url, rss feed url

For example:

Movie (2010) DVDRIp xvid Whoo, rlslog.net/download.php?name=movie-2010... , rlslog.net/feed.rss

Then with a single PHP file that you run every x minutes that reads the rss feed of every row, then for each row->rss feed you check whether the first title entry of the feed is different from the one you have stored in your database, then you do the post procedure else you do nothing
