Well I was using ProRata Billing but i refunded him his amount back and chnged settings of prorata

76 server is constantly taking a crap when it comes to torrents, non stop giving this error "Unable to save resume file: Too many open files" meaning i need to go in and manually restart it multiple times for the one file.

That's even when there's only 1 file going, no other files are showing in transmission.
