Can someone explane what Rapidleech is? i know its some sort of uploading script, but can someone dumb it down a bit

I just want to download from hotfile to my server, & upload to hotfile & fileserve from my server.

I got a VPS that my sites run off (with 70GB spare bandwith a month), so could i use that to host it? It's not going to be public just for me to upload 5 albums max a day to HF & FS.
