You mean using your own domain?
Example: ns1.yourdomain.com
If yes, get the ips of your current nameservers, go to you domain registrar, find "Nameserver registration" or something like that, put those ips from the current nameservers in and create the nameservers. After that, update your nameservers to your new ones.

Is it completely anonymous? I do not want anybody to know where my website is being hosted.
Nothing can be done? really? If yes, atleast i'd like to hide it from whois.
For example the nameservers of hornywhores dot net on whois are :
dns1.registrar-servers.com
dns2.registrar-servers.com
dns3.registrar-servers.com
I want to do something like this
Please help me!

hiding the NS won't hide your server ip
better to buy reverse proxy hosting like the one SplitIce provided.
