KWWHunction.com wgtools.com"registrar-servers.com" are NameCheap provided DNS servers IIRC. Similar to that of "domaincontrol.com" provided by GoDaddy. There's nothing hidden at all. In fact, the ones provided to the millions of registrar users can be quite unreliable.
If you've got your own server or are using shared hosting, it's usually pretty easy to set up your own.
