Your logo's not loading for me. I'm not crazy about the green but it's ok. You could add little things like a favicon, custom icons for new and no new topics. I really don't like the adds within the view topic. Also because of where the posting rules are within a forum the footer is huge. These are just some little things but it's the little things and attention to detail that counts. Hope these help.

Sorry for being harsh but , i suggest you find another template , the current one is swampy , it is very easy to find one today .

Looks great, but change font colour to white instead blue, blue-black doesnt really work for me.

Yeah, do as zomer86 said.
With a black background make font white.
Try to make this white also :

Looks nice and clean.

Only thing i had a problem with was the forum icons.
