PayPal is screwing India, NOT RBI!

Does it mean that, suppose I receive 20$ from Fileserve, I have to withdraw it to my bank account within 7 days?

What about my existing money in PP? I should withdraw it right away ?

Another viewpoint: If I owned paypal and due to some reasons I had to operate like a bank (due to RBI), I would have decided to drop the country from the list, simply because I dont wanna take headache for just one country when I have rest of the world using my services.

I don't understand why are you flaming PP and RBI. They just made it compulsory for you to verify your bank account and cc. What is the damn big deal?

Now if you people say you are below 18 and can't own a bank acc etc etc, Its not RBI's fault.

linking CC and bank account is fine but this $500 cap per transaction is just dumb!
