    Default New Filehosts + Their 1point/Premium Users/24Hours

I don't know about you guys but i would have preferred payout rates of $1-5 / 1000 downloads without this rule than $25 / 1000 downloads with it

Let's take an example : Fileserve

At first , not many users had premium account so you were getting multiple points for each file they downloaded

Now the majority of downloaders has premium fileserve account , so we can only get 1 point from them in 24 hours even if they download hundreds of files.

This su*cks because : Since they have premium accounts , they are more likely to download more files / day.

Every premium accounts that they buy , Filehosts wins - We lose

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm sure many of you are experiencing this right now : Thought you keep increasing your upload rates , your earnings keep decreasing .

Anyway , Is there still any ''established/reliable'' filehost that does not have this rule ? Even if payout per 1000 downloads is $1 , it might still be better .

Fu** whoever came up with that rule in the first place

    no no

1-5 $ per 1000 DLs it's too low for total 1000 (even if all counted)

No mate - before this rule existed - you could get over 10,000+ downloads per day easily .

I had only 1 megathread and was getting that much on rapidshare

    - now i have 20 times more upload and difficult to even get 500 downloads/day

Anyway once fileserve becomes the leading filehost and get as many users as rapidshare - You will see the huge drop in your earnings

Its cleverly designed system mate and its called as marketing. At start give away and then start leeching. FSc have better plan if you switch to PPS

but problem is are you ready to try a brand new filehost that offers that ?? (don't know any)

the risk of scam or whatever is HIGH since every 10 days a new filehost cames and offers.........whatever dunno

it's a matter of how business should work for profit both company and affiliate(s).

so be careful if you plan to change too a very LOW traffic (and very new) filehost (advice) that offers more......

Nope - was wondering if there was still an established company without that rule.

Megaupload is an example but apparently they don't count downloads properly

Hotfile counts all downloads if that's what you're looking for.

Nope Hotfile was the first to implement this rule & the others copied .

Maybe it was fileserve first - not really sure
