Small Footer Problem (<div> problem ??)

Hey,
I have a small problem that has been bugging me for a while.
At the bottom of my site, the "content box" (not sure what else to call it) should have curved edges.

Like this:




However, mine doesn't have that, although its the same theme and the curved content is there... I don't think the script is correct, therefore it's not showing. I think it is maybe a possible <DIV> issue that I can't spot

If someone has a chance, could you take a look and give me some clues to what is causing the problem.

you don't have

<div id="footer-left"><div id="footer-right"><div id="footer"> </div> </div></div>

try to add after

<div id="content-padding"></div>

That is there... but it looks like

I have tried to make it look like

<div id="footer-left"></div>
<div id="footer-right"></div>
<div id="footer">i3Theme designed by <a href="http://www.mangoorange.com">Mango Orange</a> - Modified by Taylor !
</div>
</div>

But still no change, still looks the same after a full cache refresh.
