Nice, you seam to have a lot of sections though. Your scrolling for ages before you reach the bottom of the index. Maybe you could join New to Site with Need Help and then add the Latest Threads and Hottest Threads beside that. Just an idea.

Nice looking template, everything is set to the fitting place,
i suggest you make the Chatbox for logged in members only, just the same as KWWHunction . You should change the favicon also .
