Cant visit my home while downloading a file vps(kloxo)

Hello while downloading file in rapidleech i cant visit my website home

for example

www.mysite.com/rl (this is rapid leech directory)
www.mysite.com (my home)

i m using vps and kloxo as control panel ,os centos 5.5

please help

no...........but when download finished then the page loaded

your server probably sucks uplink connection wise.
