Sorry for going offtopic, but, why would you wanna do that? :/ Especially with ipb 3 coming soon.

Do a fresh install of vBulletin, while keeping the old IPB database intact.
Upload Impex. to the vbulletin folder (don't forget to edit the config file ), then refresh ACP and it will be up the top ( left ) somewhere..

Select IPB, and boom away ya go, just follow it step by step.

And @ Hyperz, RC1 is out in under 2weeks
