Title tag on my site

I need your help. I don't know what name for my site I should use
http://www.fulldload.com/

Title tag for home page is "Full Download" atm

but I saw many sites are
"Rapidshare Megaupload HotFile Fileserve Download" or like heroturko is "Hotfile Megaupload & MediaFire Feee Downloads - HeroTurko.org" but I think this is too long when u put "news name - site name"
