    For legal terms if I'm in the NL or China the FBI cannot touch me correct?

    China hosts are usually slow and NL is best for you.

    Like I said before; Katz & WarezScene host at Netherlands = Sites not down, No lawsuits etc.

    guys, even warez linking is not legal- it counts as contributation of warez. You are never safe, it's just better to go for offshore hosting to minimise chances of getting caught. Also try and make friends with everyone or people tend to snitch/grass on you etc... Take precautions, and use VPN/proxies all the time. There is a good guide somewhere on here on how to stay anonymous.
