As I've said, I'm working on moving to the new server once the new data center turns my server back on... just a string of bad luck. I reboot the server and it dies.

As for the issue on the Ecatel server, I think I've finally traced the problem, and it looks like I'm one in a million who has this issue with CentOS 5.3 which is still being debugged by Dell.

As far as I know, the new server will be stable. I plan to format and rebuild the Ecatel server once everyone is moved off (tonight is the plan).

About an hour. So far I've been liking WS's network, seems faster, but their support is shit.
