Question on FB Wall-to-wall

Hey guys, I realise when I'm posting wall-2-wall message to my friend, my others friends can see the post on their dashboard(or main page etc)

Is there a way to prevent this?

I dont think you can stop it unless you deny access to your wall to everyone
