Are you saying you that is not your site, i mean if its your site you must know where its hosted? if its not your site then just reply to them, thank them for letting you know and ask them to re-issue you a new licence key, as someone is using your key without authorisation....

vbulletin only send me mail regarding that site which is hosted with my license files and that is not my site

Your license files are being used on that site which means that the owner has had access to them. You will need to contact the site admins or the hosting company regarding this.

nope i dont have any test site.
all i think my mail has been hacked and in my mail i have all information regarding vbullletin

yup it s not my job to do but in license aggrement it is their that i have to doa ll this if my files are being used by another site
