Error while extracting files in kloxo panel

Hello,
I am getting an error while extracting files in kloxo panel. When i use the file manager in kloxo panel to extract, nothing happens...it just redirects me to the /home/
So i tried using ftp,
The following error occoured :

Command 'tar -xz --directory="/" -f "abc.zip"'
failed with return code 2 and error message
gzip: stdin has more than one entry--rest ignored
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.

Plz someone help me extract files in kloxo panel

Use this instead:

unzip abc.zip

ur host ? and did u install ur kloxo panel ? os details ? i'm familiar with kloxo panel.

Yeah i installed kloxo panel myself
my ip is 46.4.157.217

where to type that command? If u are talking abt replacing the command that i quoted in the main post, i didnt type that command..
I just right clicked the file abc.zip in ftp client, in the advanced options i clicked on unzip....then the error occoured...i didnt manually type the command..

after you login using putty or winscp terminal. Type that command

ok..i'll try that...but cant we extract files from the default file manager in kloxo panel?
