Intsalling Forum Category Icons 1.0.0 Error On 3.8.x

Hello,

I had installed Forum Category Icons 1.0.0 plugin on my vb 3.8.4 and follow all the instructions as directed but I am unable to find the desired result as the result was in this form :



The reason for this is the image option was just for in Head Office and no for the child forums



So, please guide me how to get the working in a smoothy way !!!

That icon is displayed for when there are new posts in that particular forum, these images are generally forum_new.gif and forum_old.gif by simply replacing these with ones of you own you will change them to something else.

Forum category icons I would class as;



The first image on the left is for old and new posts and the second image is the category icon.

Hey, as i sent you the PM,you need like this?


Then go to Admincp ,style manager,edit templates,
Then >> Forum Home Templates >> forumhome_forumbit_level2_post (id: 892)

Find this:

$stylevar[imgdir_statusicon]/$forum[imageprefix]forum_$forum[statusicon].gif

Replace with this

images/forumicons/$forum[forumid].png

Now you should get a PNG Image for each Forum
Like
1.png
2.png
With the ForumID in the name.
