Why 4* & 5* Goes for VPS or Dedi?

Because their sites get more traffic compared to lower starts sites, and Shared Hosts cant normaly handle it.

Traffic its based on Bandwith right?
the shared hosts given for rapidleech, can they handle this traffic?

Shared webhosts are meant for tiny communities or simple cms websites and html pages. You may be given 10gb of space and 100gb of bandwidth, but you are allowed to use VERY little cpu.

The more people using the website the higher the cpu usage.

There are 5* sites still using shared hosting, it depends on site's usage of resources.

Maybe main cause is mysql as it takes too much resource in shared

My sites 3* and I had to recently move to a VPS because semi dedicated hosting couldn't handle me =/ Mysql was eating the RAM and CPU.

Can this handle it?
