@ peanut my internet speed is slow and everytime i try to take backup via phpmyadmin or cpanel the download connection was lost so i always took backup via mysql dumper monthly and i was not able to access the site it was offline most of the time so how was i suppose to take backup ?

10K User is still ok for shared hosting no problem with that and if they need suspend no permanant but temporari suspended give client change 1 more time to fix it..after that see again what happen
