need anchor text for wordpress

hey guys i have seen around some Dll wordpress blog using anchor text so instead of putting long ugly download links they use anchor text for the links like fileserv filesonic hotfile is there a plugin that does this instead of automating this instead of doing it manually?

After installation set:

Hyperlink Mode/Truncation to 1
