That could possibly work although I do consider it an area for allowed spam which is why I don't like those areas. Their is an area called "Coupons and Vouchers" being discussed which I think will be fairly low on content.

If your idea was incorporated to a "Competitions and Offers" area it could work better. It would still need to be heavily regulated by staff to try and keep some quality and prevent it from becoming an all out spam area.

And maybe break up the market place into more specific categories.
