Personally i use IPB over vB, i just tend to like it more, But i'm tempted by a change.

IPB Sucks too many editing when installing mods

Ill take VeryBest over IPunchBabies anyday. VB just pwns. Easy to use, more customization options, more mods, just more everything =]

vB is better than IPB, as it has more mods and is less hungry resource-wise. BUT it's still not the best......we all know what the best is.......

I prefer vb imo. I really dont like the look of ipb and never have done and I always been a fan of vb, and if you dont want vb i would then go for phpbb

I'd have to say vB, not that anything is wrong with IPB, IPB is 100% great, but I prefer the look of vB than IPB hands down.

IPB IMO ... it is difficult to install mods but it's really great : easy to use ,lots of skins ... I am pretty sure IPB3 will be blast
