Well, most probably, it seems to be a malicious activity performed by a virus.

Scan your PC with an updated Antivirus.

It is an old program that is not made for vista or windows 7. Click view program details and it will tell you which one. Also it wants an answer to a message more than likely.
There may be an updated version of this program.
