Site to contribute and create the ultimate free RL plugins available

Hello,
I was wondering whether we could open a site where all of us webmasters could each contribute some RL plugin or information about how to install them and stuff.

I mean, that would be splendid for all of us out here. Plugins now-a-days is very, very hard to find, and most of them are be outdated and stuff.

I don't mean all the plugins like FS Free Download plugins, but the basic download plugins.

What do you guys say?

Such a site would be nice.
But think, has it got anything to do with webmasters?
I think it has got something to do with uploaders instead.

But yeah, if/when we are uploaders, we need such a site
