Alright I need something monstrous done. I need the entirety of the base phpbb3 skin redone in a different color set.

Question is, can it be done? Will it be done? Who wants the task, and what 's the price tag?

I'm unaware of what I'm willing to spend as I don't understand what all it would take.

I know it's not easy, and I don't expect it done next-day.
