    well.i have plenty of time to do it
    id have the images already, i just need to create the .xml for vbulletin. right? how?

    grab a copy of the offical vb skin. do all the edits and shit to clone it. (u can rip i assume) then export to xml....

    Try using the css and the styles options from ip div tages etc and copy them into vbulletin styles ie, header would go into header
