Ok I've a site...I want to make that site a scene site...Games, Apps, And a bit Bluray Movies...

So I'm thinking Is it safe? I live in outside of US...What do you say guys?

First of all It was my dream and also I'm a hardcore uploader...my theory is posts on the forum gets old day by day but not on my site...thats my logic...

And a Special Note...Anyone who want to work with me pls pm me...

Ya go for it. Everyone else does. Thing you have to decide is do you want a forum or blog. As you are a hardcore uploader I'd suggest you start a Wordpress Blog as it's very easy, free script with loads of support. You'll have to buy a domain and some hosting. Shared Hosting will do and it's best to buy offshore hosting. Upload Wordpress, import a theme and your good to go. A new small site will have nothing to worry about legally and if your not sure about something just ask here.
