On my PC. Using core2duo, windows 7, drivers updated, latest windows update added. Wtf is the problem? O.o

What - combi drive only reading 1 format; 2 separate drives (1 DVD,1 CD) & only the CD ROM isn't working?????

Does it read or write to cds? Try a retail cd to be sure it is not a weak laser and has problems with the pc made cds.
