Need Dedicated Hosting plan

not sure about what package i need , dont flame me for not knowing exactly what i need.

i need something that allows warez hosting ie rapidshare links or similair links.

plenty of space needed, plenty of bandwith , c-panel, ftp access and is fast

i have maybe $100 or at a push $110 a month.

what can any 1 offer me, my sites up but my host has asked me to find alternative hosting i have sql back up and full forum back up.

also i will need to try the server to see if its okay speed wise etc if any one can offer me a trial period of say 2 weeks or a month.............. maybe they wont and im been a complete idiot.

if u can offer me this i will join up and pay monthly through paypal need this urgent if any one can help.

You can buy a dedicated server though me if you want for $90 p/m (without control panel)

I can install a free panel for you of your choice or if you want a paid one like cpanel then let me know.

If you want cpanel with the server it would cost you $120 (managed)

However I can't offer you a trial period.

Also, what control panel you mean by "Free"?
