A good suggestion...
..which would make everyones life awhole lot easier is for the could be clients, Anyone posting threads in the "Hosting Offers" section must include what's not allowed is allowed in the 1st post. Also include the IP of the server.
Alot of them are not showing what is what's not allowed also some don't even have a TOS just have a WHCM etc.
Reason for this suggestion is, you look at it and think "yeah seems a good deal" then you goto the site and see it's from USA or France, knowing full well 9/10 USA/France hosts don't always allow warez linking or so called warez hosting as some hosters say they do.GeeZus Reviewed by GeeZus on . I'm sure this rule will be put up when Cobra finish's Uni. lol only joking! I don't agree, why are TOS's made for? And why are sites like domaintools made?

Because half the hosting offers on here just lie, to get you're attention.
Ie. say someone says "EVERYTHING IS ALLOWED " BLAH BLAH.
You goto the "site" click on live support or send a ticket in asking what's allowed then, they say "Nope, not allowed on any plan/server" etc.

Or you can just check the TOS and if they don't have a TOS they're just money beggars. I kinda agree now, atleast the what is allowed/disallowed should be a MUST.

Hey,
We (staff) had a chat amongst ourselves and most web hosts already include most of the things you have mentioned. If the webhost forgots to add something, then you guys will definitely ask them So there will be no rule(s) set for the ''hosting offers''. If they miss something, it's there fault there going to be losing customers. Thanks for the suggestion though m8!
P.S Closed as the suggestion will not be in place. Sorry.
Thanks.
