wired question about bandwidth

wired question about bandwidth ........ok this is very confusion for me

for example i have a hosting of 5GB(Bandwidth) now i remote upload to hotfile.com .....now it is my question can it will suck all my bandwidth ?
this process is download ? please explain ?

If you download a 1gb file it will use 1gb bandwidth, upload a 1gb file it will use 1gb bandwidth. I think that's how it works?

simple mean if i remote upload form my hosting i will lost my 5GB bandwidth...........

Yea I think so, you should upgrade your hosting package.

I think there's something in cPanel that's a bit bugged. When I use RapidLeech on cPanel the bandwidth of it is never counted.
