Here is what I did so far.

I re-added a favicon, fixed page load time, total page size, fixed up images throughout the forums, removed unnecessary codes etc, and installed a shoutbox/chatbox.

Favicon doesn't matches the skin, I mean the background of the favicon should be in blue gradient and not red.

- I would add some sort of latest post info underneath each section like how KWWH has thread title and latest poster.

Zero you only need to add a conditional to that link to make it only show for certain usergroups
