There are plugins for wordpress but I can't find one that works..:-(

In joomla you can use bbcode by using some extensions.

Bro,In WP BB codes will Work.
Use this Plugin - BBCode
Remember, the bb codes sud be in small letter
Example: [b] will work but [B] but work.Hope u understand
