VPS for ffmpeg

Hey, I am looking for an offshore server which allows ffmpeg and has a server fast enough for it.
Looking for:
50-100GB disk space
around 700GB bandwidth with an option to upgrade at a later time
Back ups allowed
RAM-enough to run video downloads and conversion once in a while. Will not be using ffmpeg ALL the time.

Once the site picks up I would like to upgrade to a dedicated server so a company with VPS and Dedicated Servers is a plus! Let me know what you can offer.
Budget for now is 20-30

Why don't you try Remote Desktop Protocol?
