Hi,

My paypal account has been limited today and to lift the limitation, it needs photo ID card, But the account is in my name but verified in ireland.

What can i do if i want to get my existing amount in paypal?

If upgrading the account can solve the problem?

Is there any way i can change my paypal account name?

Please, if anyone can help me by giving any information, tell here ASAP

Well, all you can do is wait for 6months if you cannot give any photo id.
PayPal will allow you to withdraw your money after 180 days.

Hi,
i have been given warning at Dec 2 to submit my photo ID before April 3 , 2011 but account was not limited . But today it is being limited and it was asked to submit ID within 45 days.

Can I withdraw my money or send to another account after 45 days without submitting any ID?

I want to change my name from Masud Alam to Khorshed Alam . Is it possible?
