Who owns/runs NexusDDL?

Hey guys I have been having trouble getting hold of anybody at Nexus (sent 2 emails now). We had a 4* rating and have been dropped to 1* without warning and as far as I know have done nothing wrong just doing what we have always done. As I said I have tried mailing them and no reply so if somebody could please direct me as to who owns/runs the place then I will attempt to contact them here.
