I need their support for some reason which is important. I have checked their sites multiple times in different timezones, but their "online live support" is always OFFLINE.

Emails aren't responded as they should have.
What do you think?

Well i think their service is great but they lack in support,

Add Tippie in skype as he is online most of the time.
