You will have to download what you need to upload yourself. (Yes it fails I know)

I will give you FTP acces to the fileserve account.

How much do I need to download/upload?

I guess dont Pay d person a High Amount.
I Suggest better get RDP nd Upload nd Download. It will take Very Less Time.

This gonna sound newb and it prolly is but I have no idea what RDP is.
Second, I can discuss the price so perhaps it is possible. I'll have to wait and see.

RDP are windows server which you can control by your pc.
You have to connect to them using proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft.

It depends on the speed of he rdp. You can find good rdp and buy it other then hiring some one for this.
