i know it sounds silly but its so my soon to be x wife can search the web from school.

Just an FYI, glype skins are actually fully html. There's nothing special about them, so you could hire any html coder for this job too. And it will only take someone with basic php knowledge and a few minutes to install it.

Seems that you need a custom design starting from scratch not only html

People usually forget that exists a design process before code skin.

I catch the idea of the skin... if i can find proper images perhaps....
