You need to edit the templates overall_header.html and add the favicon code to the head section as you would a normal html page

Also, your website seems down.

go in run type cmd press enter write ipconfig/flushdns and then open the page try it or refresh it opening here !

Add this code in your overall_footer.html

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />

Of course you have to add a file called favicon.ico in the images folder.
