i just want copy and paste .. like other forums ... how can i installed this script in my forums anyone tell me ?

It's not script. You can select all from some thread and paste it while you're making the thread on your forum in "wysiwyg" editor. But if you disable it, it would be like you just copy pasted normal text. You need to do it manually if you're not copy pasting from somewhere.
