Upload speed are incredible fast.
So far their payout are incredible high. (highest without ranking system)
BUT!!
1st
19% of the reward will be withdraw; I guess it's for tax purpose.
2nd
Only 1 download is count per IP per 24 hour. (According to their TOS in germany language)

But not instant, around 5~10 days various depend on them.

Used them briefly. They "lose" files faster than anybody else but pay well.

yeah pay. They pay me 2 times. Still waiting for the third one. What suck is the payment is taking 7-10days and also they have something like tax or whatever cut from your payment.

so if you earn 20 euros..how much will they pay?

they will pay around 17 euro i think. And paypal cut 1 euro so basically you get 16 euro and converted to $ around 20-21$.
