Banner-ad creation

Hey all,

I'm after a banner to advertise my site. I've never been good ad graphic design so i'm willing to pay if it's a good one.

Basically want it to say as the header "SeedExpress" and the slogan'y bit "Dedicated, Virtual and Seedbox Solutions"

Ideally, i'd like one in 468x60 (seen as it seems standard banner-ad size) and then if you got the chance, any smaller standard sizes.
